With over thirty years of experience in accounting and financial leadership, Ivia brings expertise across various industries, including oil and gas, biotech and pharmaceuticals. She has held key leadership positions throughout her career, including CFO, Controller and Finance Senior Manager, where she has consistently driven strategic growth and financial excellence.
Throughout her career, she has led financial operations, streamlined forecasting and optimized cash flow, delivering impactful results. Her collaborative leadership style has led to strong partnerships and lasting relationships across diverse teams.
Originally from Puerto Rico, she earned her BSBA in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus and relocated to Houston in 2008. Ivia is involved in organizations such as Colegio de Contradores Publicos Authorizados de Puerto Rico and the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants).
