Ivia Rocafort is an accomplished finance executive with over thirty years of experience in accounting and financial leadership. She has held key roles such as CFO, Controller and Finance Senior Manager, driving strategic growth and profitability at Fortune 500 companies across various industries, including Oil & Gas, Biotech and Pharmaceuticals.

Ivia began her career in Puerto Rico, after earning a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez, and moved to Houston in 2008. She specializes in financial analysis, forecasting and strategic planning, excelling at process improvement and empowering teams to achieve their best.

Throughout her career, Ivia has led financial operations, streamlined forecasting and optimized cash flow, consistently delivering impactful results. Her collaborative leadership style has allowed her to build strong partnerships and lasting relationships across diverse teams.

Outside of work, Ivia is committed to continuous learning and holds certifications in business contracts. She enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her daughter, who is attending the University of Houston. Ivia also has two dogs, a cat and is an enthusiastic fan of Tom Brady.
