The new website features a modern design and improved functionality. But more than those elements, this new website radiates the personable feel that our firm represents by incorporating our people into every corner of the site.
About Weinstein Spira
Founded in 1962, Weinstein Spira is a highly respected firm of experienced tax, audit, business management and estate planning advisors who proactively serve discerning privately held businesses and leaders in the Houston area and beyond.
Weinstein Spira’s core values are: Responsiveness, Knowledge, Dedication, Honesty, Trust, Fun, Respect, Integrity and Professionalism. With these values in mind, the goal was to redesign and refresh the website as part of the ongoing, continuous evolution of Weinstein Spira’s brand. The new site was built to provide our visitors with a user-friendly browsing experience and an easier way to discover and learn more about our services and culture.
Firm Involvement in Building the New Website
Prior to COVID-19, the team would participate in yearly firm photos and capture in-office moments such as luncheons and team building events. However, because of the pandemic, everyone was forced to work remotely and all group activities were paused.
Revising our website gave us the opportunity to re-engage the firm by finally being able to schedule group photos and utilizing these photos as a way to showcase our team throughout the site. Additionally, we created an internal scavenger hunt at the launch for our team to explore and familiarize themselves. As an added benefit, this also gave them a chance to submit any comments or feedback.
We frequently update our content to provide visitors with current and helpful blogs, firm announcements, information about our services and more. Our new website provides everything needed to learn more about what we have to offer and what it’s like to work at Weinstein Spira. It shows the professionalism and close-knit culture that we have for our team and how we provide them with valuable experience that is essential to building their careers.
