Shruti began her career in India, where she built a strong foundation in accounting and internal controls. She later spent much of her career in Australia, advising organizations ranging from small businesses to large enterprises and developing expertise in business advisory, process improvement and finance transformation.

Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to client success, Shruti combines technical expertise with practical business advice. She is particularly passionate about leveraging technology, automation and business intelligence tools to improve efficiency, streamline processes and deliver meaningful insights that support growth.
