Gisela thrives on building strong relationships and creating space for others to grow. Whether she’s guiding a client through process improvements or mentoring new team members, she brings a thoughtful presence and a focus on long-term impact. She’s especially proud of the collaborative environments she helps foster – where ideas are shared, goals are aligned and success is a team effort.

When she’s not working, Gisela enjoys life at home with her husband, son and their dog. Together, they spend weekends tackling home projects, exploring local parks, relaxing by the pool and making beach trips whenever they can.
