Danielle began her career in corporate recruiting in Des Moines, Iowa, where she developed a strong passion for building relationships and supporting organizations through thoughtful people practices. Her strategic nature gave her an early start in HR leadership and her career has since spanned professional services, corporate and private equity environments. Known as a resilient and adaptable leader, Danielle excels at guiding organizations through change, strengthening culture, improving retention and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys exploring Houston with her husband since relocating in 2019. From discovering new restaurants and festivals to staying active and trying new experiences, she embraces all the city has to offer.
